Holiday to Africa acts on behalf of all Operator's, Hotels. Airlines and Car Hire companies and therefore cannot be held liable for any unforseen action by the supplier, including increases or any changes.
Holiday to Africa are Ground Operators and the appointed international agent for our principle client, the Hotel or Accommodation Establishment, Tour Operator, Car Hire and selected Air Travel companies who are all ATOL Protected. To guard against eventualities, Holiday to Africa Ltd., has their own private Insurance Policy in the event one of our principle client's can not commit with the holiday. There are no third party intermediaries. We work very closely and direct with the owners.
It is the sole responsibility of the traveller to make sure passports are valid for at least 6 months after returning to your country of origin.
It is imperative that you are sufficiently insured for each occasion you are travelling.
Payments: It is recommended the customer make their payment strictly in accordance to the company invoice and our supplier requirements. Failure to comply may result in penalty charges. Holiday to Africa are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the customer's non compliance.
Conditions for Payment: As stated on our Invoice to the customer.
Fifty Percent, (50%) Payment in advance to secure and confirm the booking, the final balance amount is to be paid within the 30 day term, or as agreed in advance.
In some instances, the company, reserves the right to decide upon the amount that is to be paid as the advance payment, based upon the nature of the services and especially in the case of reservations in High Demand Seasons, then the full amount must be paid on presentation of our invoice by cash transfer to the bank account for the company. Details of the company bank account and procedures for payment is always stated on our Invoice. Confirmation of the payment is required immediately from the customer. Please ensure your payments are received in the Office for Holiday to Africa Limited within the time frame stipulated to avoid any disappointment. Late penalty and even cancellation without notice may apply.
