On request, we can arrange your pre-safari and after safari accommodation and will make all the reservations for you. Airport transfers are available on request. This is for the account of the customer.

  • Procedures and How to Pay:

To commence, once you have decided on the adventure you want, please request our detailed Itinerary, Departure dates and Booking Form. Please complete and return the booking form with your travel date confirmation and tell us that you want to confirm your booking. Once received in our office, we will send to you our Invoice for your payment. Payment procedures always stated on our Invoice. We accept payment in British Pound and Euro Currency. All prices, rates and tariff stated are subject to the exchange rate on the day of issue the invoice.

Easy Payment Plan. For all our Safari's - A Fifeteen Percent (15%) part payment secures the booking. Please pay balance within 30 days. Or as mutually agreed, in advance writting and in accordance our payment plan stated on your invoice.
